Our Staff

All parents want to make sure their children are being taught and looked after by responsible adults. On this page we have the opportunity to introduce ourselves.

There are ten teachers on the staff and we work as a team. We maintain a teacher to child ratio of 1:5  in the preschool and toddler programs. All of the teachers demonstrate a love, acceptance and deep enjoyment   of the company of children each day. All teachers have background checks before hiring (C.O.R.I.) and are certified by the Department of Early Education and Care.

Staff Training

Each teacher must complete 15 hours of training in child development every two years.  In addition, everyone is trained in CPR and First-Aid.  Staff meetings are held twice a month to evaluate the classroom, plan curriculum and discuss the needs of individual children.
